Situation: Although Mercy care facilities were located in more than 20 neighborhoods, awareness of locations was poor.

Challenge: Build brand preference and awareness for Mercy Hospitals.

Solution: Explain to the community at large the size and capability of the MHP system; and reinforce the nearby availability of specialized service through targeted neighborhood advertising.

Results: Enthusiastic acceptance by physicians and the community. Recognized with a Gold Medal from the Aster National Healthcare Awards.
